    Severability

    If any provision of this Agreement is found unenforceable by any court of competent jurisdiction, it will not affect the validity of the other provisions of this Agreement, which shall remain in effect.

    Governing Law and Jurisdiction

    Unless otherwise agreed, this Agreement and their enforcement are governed by the laws of the state of New York, without regard to principles of conflicts of law, and shall inure to the benefit of FXCM Venture's successors and assigns, whether by merger, consolidation, or otherwise. This is the case regardless of whether you reside or transact business with FXCM Ventures in New York or elsewhere. You irrevocably agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the federal and state courts located within the city and county of New York, NY and hereby waive any objection to the convenience or propriety of venue therein. Provided however, that nothing herein shall prevent FXCM Ventures from bringing any action in the courts of any other jurisdiction.

    Modifications to the Terms of Service

    FXCM Ventures may change the Terms of Service at any time and in its sole discretion. The modified Terms of Service will be effective immediately upon posting and you agree to the new posted Terms of Service by continuing your use of FXCM Ventures’ services. If you do not agree with the modified Terms of Service, your only remedy is to discontinue using FXCM Ventures’ services.
